Norwich Events Organization Committee is made up of volunteers who live and/or work in our community.  We are your neighbors, your friends, and your business partners.  

Our Mission:

To further the economic prosperity of the City of Norwich, CT and the surrounding region through improving the vibrancy and quality of life through community events.
